Mail Room Clerk requires:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in relevant computer applications such as MS Office
• Knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation
• Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• Must have valid license to drive courier vehicle
• Be able to lift up to 40 lbs

Mail Room Clerk duties:

• Prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry
• Check claims documents for accuracy
• Combine and rearrange data from source documents where required
• Enter data from source documents into the prescribed computer database, files, and forms
• Transcribe information into the required electronic forms
• Scan documents into document management systems or databases
• Store completed documents in designated locations
• Maintain logbooks or records of activities and tasks
• Comply with data integrity and security policies
