Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor Pay: $60,000 – $75,000 per year. Day shift hours: 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. or until schedule completion. Benefits start on Day One. Bonus: Quarterly Safety Bonus opportunity. Earn additional pay through the Monthly Production Incentive Compensation Program. Location: 2522 Westcott Blvd, Knoxville, TN 37931. This role is not open for submissions from outside staffing agencies. Responsibilities Place and track inventory orders, communicate delivery updates, backorders, and product availability. Investigate purchase order discrepancies and support regional purchasing reporting. Receive inventory, verify quantities, process documentation, and report damaged materials. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy. Manage inventory transfers and monitor damaged or nonconforming products. Analyze inventory variances and provide inventory updates to Customer Service and Operations teams. Maintain inventory records and supporting documentation. Receive, verify, and process hardware shipments against purchase orders. Assemble doors according to customer specifications and job requirements. Prepare, label, and stage hardware for production and shipping. Coordinate with Customer Service regarding order status and job‑related inquiries. Monitor Envision and shower door orders to ensure on-time completion. Investigate production delays, missing materials, and root causes of order issues. Partner with operations leadership to improve on-time delivery, reduce remakes, and enhance process efficiency. Assist customers with order pickups and provide exceptional customer service. Pick, verify, and prepare orders for scheduled customer pickup. Other duties as assigned or required. Skills You Bring Detail oriented and organizational skills. Problem solving skills. Committed to safety work practices. High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
