IT Business Systems Analyst Join a highly collaborative and fast‑paced Business Systems team focused on delivering scalable, customer‑centric solutions across Salesforce Service Cloud and integrated systems. The role plays a critical part in enhancing customer support experiences, supporting compliance initiatives, and driving innovation through Agile delivery. Key Responsibilities Help lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint acceptance to ensure alignment and delivery success. Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements, translating them into clear Jira user stories and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to prioritize work, align timelines, and refine requirements. Monitor sprint progress, identify blockers, and proactively drive resolutions to maintain delivery timelines. Define and maintain Salesforce Service / Sales Cloud requirements, including field configurations, business rules, and workflows. Support SIT, UAT, and validation activities, ensuring solutions meet business and compliance expectations. Manage Change Requests and ensure alignment with CAB processes, including documentation and deployment support. Create and maintain documentation such as technical requirements, process maps, and cross‑system integrations. Required Qualifications Strong communication skills, able to translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and experience leading or supporting key Agile ceremonies. Strong organizational and prioritization skills, capable of managing multiple competing requests. Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence for backlog and documentation management. Proficiency in analyzing business processes and recommending scalable efficient solutions. Comfortable working across cross‑functional teams and aligning diverse stakeholder priorities. Attention to detail ensuring high‑quality documentation, validation, and delivery outcomes. Nice to Have Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud and understanding of customer support workflows. Exposure to system integrations, data mapping, or compliance‑driven environments. Travel Travel required: 0–5%. Experience and Education Requirements Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and a minimum of 5–8 years related experience. Or a Master’s degree and 2–5 years equivalent industry experience, or a PhD and 0–2 years experience. Remote Workplace Your location will be a home office; you are not required to live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120 km). If you reside within commuting distance of a Dexcom site, a hybrid working environment may be available. Ask about our Flex workplace option. Salary $91,400.00 – $152,300.00.
