What ties it all together are the friendly faces you’ll find along the way, the thoughtful amenities, and the delightful details that make every visit feel personal and unforgettable.**What will you do in this job?*** Help prepare lodges, hotels, cabins, staff housing, and a variety of other buildings for opening* Responsible for a variety of general maintenance and repair & other improvements to buildings, equipment, and facilities.* Trash removal and hauling for disposal* Keep record of potential safety and maintenance issues and communicates details to supervisor* Offer assistance to guests and teammates where needed* Be a utility player who can complete a variety of job duties**What skills and experience do you need for this job?*** Work-ethic and commitment to the team and guest is key* 2-3 years maintenance or construction experience preferred* You’ll need a valid US driver’s license* Be willing and able to work solo or as part of a team* Be committed to Safety First* Be organized with a great eye for detail* Be kind to others and always bring your best* Be a good communicator, always suggesting ideas and solutionsThe starting wage for this role is $18.00/hour.**About Us:**We're more than a hospitality and attractions company.
