Summary Seasonal Client Advisor based at Woodbury Commons responsible for building meaningful client relationships within the luxury market while achieving individual and store sales goals. Deliver outstanding, personalized customer service rooted in deep product and brand knowledge. Maintain store standards and support operational tasks to ensure a premium client experience. Responsibilities Continuously meet or surpass monthly and yearly sales objectives and individual KPIs. Provide exceptional personalized service and build enduring client relationships, leveraging product and brand knowledge. Utilize CRM tools and maintain an accurate client book and customer records; promote events via email, phone, and notes. Support visual presentation, store image standards, stockroom organization, inventory control, shipping and receiving, and general housekeeping. Requirements Over three years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment with a proven history of exceeding targets. Excellent verbal and written communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
