Senior Liability Claims Adjuster

Managing a diverse portfolio of General Liability claims, the full-time Senior General Liability Adjuster will focus on coverage analysis, claims investigation, and strategic resolution while working fully remotely. Key Responsibilities Conduct coverage analysis for various General Liability policies and draft coverage position letters Investigate claims involving bodily injury, property damage, and premises liability, coordinating with relevant parties to evaluate exposures Negotiate settlements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while maintaining accurate documentation Required Qualifications 7-10+ years of experience handling General Liability claims Active adjuster licenses with a willingness to obtain additional licenses as needed Strong background in managing bodily injury and property damage claims Experience issuing coverage positions and managing a full caseload independently Demonstrated analytical and negotiation skills
