Aftersales & Product Specialist - Finland Place of work: Finland and remote, Working hours: full-time, Start: immediately, Hiring through: EoR Your tasks: You are the key product specialist for dealers providing technical support and guidance in both product sales and aftersales process within the geographic area. You will report product and quality issues to the Headquarters and coordinate activities. You proactively build relationships with all stakeholders at all levels both sales and aftersales. You plan, organize and execute specialist machine demonstrations / trainings and are responsible for the organization/management of shows/exhibitions and associated marketing and social media activities. You work closely with the territory manager in your area and develop dealers professionally. You actively plan, coordinate and participate in the build-up, maintenance and movement of PÖTTINGER promotional machines. Your profile: You have several years' experience in the agricultural industry and hands‑on experience of agricultural equipment. You have in‑depth knowledge of PÖTTINGER products, competitors, customers and farm structures in Finland. You are a team player with excellent technical skills in regards of problem‑solving abilities. You have excellent customer service and communication skills including presentation abilities. You are confident using various social media tools, CRM and other associated IT systems. You have the ability to manage your time and workload effectively, and you are willing to travel to provide the necessary sales and product support.
