Snapshot / Role Overview
We're seeking a Structural Steel Estimator in Pittsburgh, PA to prepare cost estimates for structural steel fabrication and erection projects.
Must-Haves • 7+ years of structural steel estimating experience • Strong knowledge of steel fabrication and erection • Proficiency with estimating software and takeoff tools • Experience estimating projects $5M+ in value • Excellent communication and negotiation skills Nice-to-Haves • Engineering degree or technical training • AISC certification or training • Experience with design-build delivery • Knowledge of crane operations and rigging Compensation & Logistics
