Job Description
Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. This role involves planning and conducting treatment programs that aim to restore and improve patients' physical, social, and mental functions while meeting departmental objectives. You will collaborate as a co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient care.

Job Responsibilities

Conduct evaluations to ensure quality standards and address assessment areas that require attention.
Utilize appropriate clinical techniques and tools to establish individualized treatment plans for patients.
Provide therapy interventions using effective treatment protocols and techniques.
Develop individualized care and discharge plans, ensuring effective communication with all relevant parties.
Complete comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation within established deadlines.
Supervise assigned assistants as needed.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree is required; only if licensed on or after January 2016 or a foreign equivalent.
Two years of Physical Therapy experience is preferred.
Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice is required.
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor is required.
