Our patient centered, full comprehensive, dental office is looking to hire a Part-Time General Dentist to join our team in Baltimore! This role will start off two days per week, transitioning into 3-4 days in the coming months as the current provider transitions out of their role (January, 2027).

Requirements for the Dentist:

• 2 Years of clinical experience or the completion of an AEGD/GPR
• Scope: Basic restorative and cosmetic work (“Bread & Butter”), but willing to expand!
• Seeking a long-term, growth focused, role as the primary associate on-site

Highlights of our clinic for the Dentist:

• Fee-for-service and PPO model
• Family based practice, mainly working with Adults!
• Scope of Office: General, Cosmetic, Restorative, Oral Surgery, Endo, and Implant Dentistry
• Up to 20 new patients per month
• See 8-10 patients per day (non-hygiene)

Fully Digital

• Imaging & Diagnostic: Planmeca Viso G7 CBCT, intraoral cameras & 50″+ displays in every op.
• CAD/CAM & 3D Printing: Full CEREC suite (Primescan, Inlab, Primemill, MCXL) & SprintRay Pro 95 3D printer.
• Surgical & Lasers: Lightscalpel CO2 laser, diode laser, electrosurge, electric handpieces.
• Guided Surgery & Endo: BlueSkyBio Max fully guided keyless & sinus lift systems, ProTaper Next rotary endo.

Compensation & Benefits of the Dentist:

• $650-$800 Daily Guarantee for 3 months
• 33%-35% of Collections to follow (35% comes with repayment)
• Associate responsible for equal % of lab fees
• Mentorship from Owner
• Potential Equity option

Schedule for the Dentist:

• 2 Days initially (Part-Time)
• Wednesday and Thursday (8:00-5:00)

• Complex Molar Endo and Impacted Wisdom Teeth OS strongly preferred, but not required.
