Property Research Specialist

Position Property Research Specialist (Full-time) Responsibilities We are looking for top talent to fill the role of Property Research Specialist. Attention to detail and critical thinking are key. The specialist will manage the overall property title and document curative process, review and understand property title and document deficiencies, and work with internal and external parties to cure issues and provide closing guidance. The role demands concurrent multitasking, maintaining a full and complete inventory of outstanding issues and follow-up items, and articulating any issues verbally and/or in writing to facilitate resolution for closing. Shift Rotating days and evenings. Hours Business hours are 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Location Warwick, RI Corporate office. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 1 year of customer-service related work experience. Experience with Microsoft Office applications and general computer use. Previous experience in title review, curative and/or mortgage or title industry is a plus. Excellent communication skills, including active listening. Service-oriented and able to resolve customer concerns. Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software. Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
