Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.51 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sun 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You\'ll Do: Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a front desk location within a financial institution. Monitor lobby and reception activity, verify visitor identification and sign-in requirements, issue access credentials as directed, and report unusual or unauthorized activity to appropriate personnel. Answer questions, give directions, and support a professional front desk experience while documenting incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or security-related events in a timely manner. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site contacts, first responders, and/or Allied Universal leadership when needed. Support access control at entry points by observing incoming and outgoing traffic, helping to deter unauthorized access, and following post orders for deliveries, appointments, and visitor escorts. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
