Position Overview Gershenson Construction, a well established and growing heavy highway, bridge, and sewer contractor since 1977, has an immediate opening for a Cement Mason Lead Person for prevailing wage roadwork projects in the St. Louis area. Responsibilities Supervise crews Manage daily schedules Coordinate concrete ready-mix Strictly enforce safety, quality, and production standards on site Qualifications Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands‑on experience in roadway construction, concrete paving, and structural concrete work Experience working on government‑funded projects (MoDOT, MSD, St. Louis County) is required Strong leadership skills to supervise crews and manage schedules Requirements Pre‑employment and random drug testing is required.
