It's an exciting time to join our business because Crown offers you the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in an expanding industry.Crown was founded with the goal of valuing and promoting sustainability and this vision continues to be essential to our long-term future.**Job Description:****Position Overview:**Operate back end production equipment, including spray machines, IBO ovens, neckers, palletizers, strappers, forklifts, and related machinery, while maintaining required quality and production standards.**Duties and Responsibilities:*** Follow all safety guidelines, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements at all times.* Safely operate and monitor assigned equipment to maintain required production quality and output, including starting and stopping equipment as needed.* Make minor equipment adjustments to ensure standard production quantity and quality.* Report product irregularities from other production areas (e.g., Front End, Washer, Printers) to the Shift Supervisor, Back End Mechanics, and Quality Control as needed.* Assist Back End Mechanics with repairs and maintenance as required.* Complete assigned daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance (PMs), quality checks, and housekeeping tasks.* Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area and assigned equipment.* **The duties listed represent the primary functions of the role; additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
