The original Arlington Ridge developers chose the talents of golf professional and NBC-TV commentator Gary Koch because of his proven ability to build golf courses that are fair and fun to play.To learn more about Landscapes Golf Management visit SUMMARYPrepares and stocks golf carts while providing a high level of customer service to members and their guests.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:Promotes, works and acts in a manner consistent with the values of LGM.Stages carts for daily play.Prepares carts for members use; stocks and maintains carts before and after each use.Greets members and assists members and guests with the loading of their golf clubs on the cart.Cleans golf clubs and returns clubs to bag room.Assists with the maintenance of the driving range; picks up range balls and cleans them.Provides additional support to other areas of the course as needed.Prepares stored member clubs for play based on tee sheet.Cleans and maintains organization of bag storage area.Ensures clean and well organized cart staging, storage and bag room areas.Demonstrates a commitment to the work and success of the club and the Company by being service- and solution-oriented, having positive interactions with all club staff and members/guests, and meeting established quality, service and safety expectations.Performs additional assignments per the direction of club or Company managers.Regular and punctual attendance on site for all scheduled shifts is required.WORK HOURS AND CONDITIONSWork hours may include early mornings and evenings on weekdays, weekends and holidays. Subject to inside and outside environmental conditions. May be exposed to inclement (non-threatening) weather, plant protection products, fertilizers, misdirected golf balls, and sharp and rapid equipment movement on a daily basis.
