Physical Therapist - PRN

Role Overview Provides skilled physical therapy services in an acute care setting, working with a diverse patient caseload. Collaborates closely with healthcare teams to develop personalized rehabilitation plans aimed at improving mobility and functional activities. Educates patients and families, makes referrals to specialists, and delegates tasks to assistants and students based on competency. Completes documentation in accordance with departmental policies and conducts assessments, reassessments, and consultations. Establishes and implements treatment plans considering discharge needs and functional goals. Communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers. Delegates interventions appropriately, ensuring patient safety and care quality. Maintains thorough, compliant documentation of services provided. Provides evaluations, reassessments, and expert consultations in physical therapy. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (required); Master's Degree preferred. Valid Physical Therapist License. Experience is not required; supervision experience is not necessary. Key Duties Evaluate and develop treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
