If you lead with kindness, energy, and a genuine love of connecting with people, you'll fit right in.About the RoleAs a Shift Leader, you will lead store operations when the Assistant Manager or General Manager is not present. We'll expect you to lead by example with a positive attitude and good old-fashioned hard work, focusing on product quality, strong team leadership, and supreme customer service. We're looking for someone with a natural ability to connect with people, who enthusiastically guides their team to deliver a moment of joy to each and every customer.This is a year-round position, and we're looking for someone ready to grow with us beyond the summer rush. Previous leadership experience preferrd. Estimated hourly wage with tips is, $16-$19.00Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Leading, motivating, and supporting your team during each shiftModeling and communicating our culture: setting a positive tone, giving in-the-moment feedback, and keeping the team informed and engagedOrdering product and maintaining accurate inventoryEnforcing food safety regulations and health standards in a clean, organized work areaMaintaining an effective and positive environment while staying current on changes, new menu items, and proceduresDelivering supreme customer service and resolving customer concerns with careRequirements:1 year of management or leadership experience in a retail environment preferredYear-round availability required - this is not a seasonal positionMust have opening AND closing availability, including daytime, evening, weekend, and holiday shiftsReliable transportationAbility to stand and walk for long periods, with constant moving, bending, lifting, reaching, and turning during all shiftsAbility to reach and grasp with hands; talk and hear from far away and in close proximity; taste and smellAbility to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch; lift and move up to 30 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds or moreFor more information, visit Celesti is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
