Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs. Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience. Coordinate interviews, debriefs, and support candidates through the offer process. Maintain accurate records in ATS and recruiting systems. Support high-volume hiring across multiple teams. Required Experience 2–4 years of recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition experience. Experience with candidate screening and assessment . Background in high-volume recruiting environments . Experience recruiting for technical or engineering roles . Exposure to university/early-career hiring (interns and entry-level) as well as industry hiring. Experience with offer management, candidate engagement, and closing candidates . Key Skills Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools. #J-18808-Ljbffr
