Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• Travel experience is required.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: First-time travelers not accepted. Maternal fetal and OB experience required. High-risk experience required.

Required Credentials: Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Preferred Credentials: NT certification preferred.

Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission. References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years. Permanent candidates from other Providence facilities (non-Swedish) are eligible for a travel contract only if they have been separated for at least 3 months. All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Unit Details: Adolescent and adult patient population.

Shift & Scheduling: Monday-Friday; day off during the week may change depending on unit staffing needs. No weekends or holidays. No call.

Floating Requirements: No floating outside of this clinic.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW : This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
