This is a direct care opportunity to help your clients, who may struggle with accessing standard care, meet their goals and ensure they receive the treatment they need. Specific responsibilities include: Helping clients achieve their treatment goals in partnership with the treatment team. Communicating and coordinating services with outside medical providers. Overseeing medication management under the direction of the team prescriber. Developing and maintaining professional relationships with clients, their support system, community agencies, and the Sheppard Pratt organization to provide comprehensive direct care. An associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing. Possession of a valid license to practice nursing in the State of Maryland: - Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) OR Registered Nurse (RN) Two years of direct job related experience. A driver’s license with 3-points or less and access to an insured vehicle. Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors, including but not limited to, years and level of related experience.
