This is hands-on work. It can be busy, personal, and challenging at times. It is also the kind of work where you can leave at the end of your shift knowing that what you did mattered.

You’ll help residents with the routines and moments that make up everyday life, while protecting their dignity, independence, safety, and comfort.

What You’ll Do

As a Care Aide at GreenView, you’ll provide direct support to residents while helping them maintain as much independence as possible.

You’ll:

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, transfers, and other activities of daily living
• Follow individualized resident care and support plans
• Encourage independence, choice, and social engagement
• Advocate for resident needs, preferences, and concerns
• Communicate changes in resident condition to the appropriate team member
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time
• Maintain respectful communication with residents, families, and coworkers
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment
• Support household needs including light cleaning, laundry, and meal-related tasks
• Work closely with nurses, Med Techs, and community leadership to provide consistent care

What We’re Looking For

Experience is helpful, but reliability, attitude, and how you treat people matter just as much.

Required:

• At least 18 years old
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Ability to safely assist residents with mobility and transfers
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Ability to walk, bend, and remain active throughout the shift
• Ability to complete required resident documentation
• Current First Aid and CPR/AED certification, or willingness to complete training after hire

Preferred:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous senior living, long-term care, healthcare, or caregiving experience
• Valid driver’s license
