HR Assistant (Temporary) Position Title: HR Assistant (Temporary) Location: 10036 E Germann Rd Mesa, AZ 85212 Pay Rate: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour Employment Type: Temporary (Leave Coverage) Duration: Approximately 6 Months Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Assistant to provide temporary support. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Human Resources with strong recruiting and interviewing experience. This role will support day-to-day HR operations while helping to maintain a positive employee experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process. The successful candidate must be highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Manage recruiting activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling. Conduct initial candidate interviews and assist with the hiring process. Coordinate onboarding and new hire paperwork. Maintain employee records and provide general HR support. Assist with employee inquiries and other HR-related tasks as needed. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of HR experience. Strong recruiting and interviewing skills required. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS/ATS experience preferred.
