Medical Records Coordinator, Skilled Nursing Facility

As a Medical Records Coordinator at Cayuga Ridge Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our residents' medical records. Our state-of-the-art Skilled Nursing Facility is committed to providing exceptional care and personalized attention to our residents, and we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Medical Records Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all residents, including.Imaging and laboratory results, medications, and test results
Ensure compliance with government regulations and industry standards for medical record-keeping
Develop and implement processes to improve record-keeping efficiency and accuracy
Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely documentation
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the care and services we provide to our residents
Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff members
