Experience:

• 60 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• Experience with Meditech is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required after submission).

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: Medefis Program - Valley View Hospital.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: - Critical care/ventilator skills and experience. - Neonatal and pediatric experience.

Required Credentials: - Completion of an approved Respiratory Therapy program.

Special Requests: - Permanent address must be at least 75 miles from the facility.

Unit Details: - Provides respiratory care and diagnostic procedures for cardiopulmonary patients of all ages and all levels of acuity.

Shift & Scheduling: - Rotating weekends. - No call rotation. - Holidays as required.

7 days maximum time off

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist)

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)

• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition)
