Part Time Maintenance Technician

Job Details Job Location: Memphis, TN 38118Salary Range: $12.50 - $14.00 HourlyWe are currently looking for a part-time Maintenance Technician for a mobile home park in Memphis TN (15 hours per week) Building and facility maintenance. Plumbing and electrical systems. Submeter utility systems and meter reading (gas, electric, and water). Groundskeeping and landscape. Swimming pool maintenance. General carpentry. Qualifications Desired skills and experience: Skilled in operating various hand tools, landscaping equipment, general maintenance equipment, and safety equipment. Able to work independently as well as part of a team. Available to respond to occasional urgent maintenance issues outside of normal business hours. 1 year of general maintenance experience (property management experience a plus) COMPENSATION: $12.50-$14 per hour. 15 hours per week To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily.
