What You'll Do

• Conduct psychological assessments and screenings for inmates/residents
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual and group counseling to address mental health needs
• Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and correctional staff to coordinate care
• Make rounds to assess inmate adjustment and mental health status
• Address crisis situations with appropriate interventions
• Maintain documentation and comply with facility policies and procedures

What You Need

• Valid licensure as a Psychologist (state-specific)
• BLS certification (or completed/ pending attestation)
• 1+ years of relevant clinical experience, preferably in correctional or mental health settings
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
