Your Impact

Background Profile

• 1+ year of leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, hospitality, or other fast-paced customer service environment
  
• Experience leading, coaching, or developing others with a servant-minded leadership approach
  
• Restaurant leadership experience preferred
  
• Hospitality or guest service experience preferred
  
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, solve problems, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
  
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to continuously learn and grow
  
• Strong alignment with Chick-fil-A's values and a passion for creating exceptional experiences for both guests and team members
