The Finishing Department Supervisor will be in charge of and responsible for fulfilling all of our company's production requirements each day.

Our plant/industrial laundry consists of 150+ employees, broken down into 5 different departments. The Finishing department will be lead by you to uphold production and quality standards set down by the plant/production manager.

Your job will be to hold each operator in your department accountable for their performance and work with other department supervisors in a team effort to meet company benchmarks and goals.

You will work with and answer to our production manager in a collaborative team effort to manage overtime, production numbers, quality of product, inventory, and expenses. You will work to the best of your ability to control costs while producing the best quality product possible.

Experience managing employees is very important, along with a driven and goal-oriented mindset that is not afraid to work long hours to fulfill company goals. Being able to work on their feet in a team environment is of upmost importance.

THIS IS A TEMP TO HIRE POSITION.

SCHEDULE:

Monday to Friday

1st Shift - 5:45AM - 2:30PM

2nd Shift - 1:30PM - 9:30PM

with possible overtime

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
