About the Agent: Chris Rowe has been an Agent for more than 10 years and was a team member for a State Farm Agent for 8 years prior. He understands the State Farm culture and believes that the company's greatest competitive edge is the Agent. Our office operates daily on the belief that customer service is what differentiates us from our competitors. Responsibilities:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening

• Able to learn computer functions

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
