We are dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized care, ensuring our clients feel safe and supported in their own homes.Responsibilities:Provide personal care services, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.Assist clients with mobility and daily living activities.Administer medication and monitor health conditions as directed.Prepare nutritious meals and assist with dietary needs.Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.Document and report any changes in clients' conditions to the healthcare team.Follow care plans and adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.Requirements:Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certification or equivalent.Previous caregiving experience preferred, especially in home care settings.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to lift and move clients safely and effectively.Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.Background check and drug screening required.About Us:ComForCare Home Care has been serving the La Mesa and Chula Vista communities for over a decade, providing exceptional in-home care.
