What You'll Do
- Float between ICU, PCU, or step-down units as assigned
- Provide high-quality patient care for critically ill patients
- Administer medications, IVs, and monitor vital signs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient management
- Document patient care accurately in electronic medical records (Epic experience preferred)
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
- Adapt to different units and acuity levels as assigned
What You Need
Required:- Valid Ohio RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- At least 2 years of recent critical care or ICU experience
- Skills in IV starting, tele monitoring, and Epic EMR
- Experience float nursing in hospital settings
- Ability to adapt quickly to different units and workflows
