Overview Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Wrightstown, NJ At Blue Moon ABA, we are dedicated to providing exceptional ABA services that help individuals reach their highest potential. We are seeking a passionate and professional Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. Responsibilities Implement ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with Autism Collect and record data on individual\'s progress and behaviors Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to develop and implement behavior intervention plans Assist in the training of parents and caregivers on ABA techniques and strategies Maintain a safe and supportive environment for individuals receiving ABA therapy Coordinate care with client\'s team members Maintain a positive working relationship with the client\'s family and other team members Ensure optimal client progress and outcomes Job Highlights Generous compensation: $28-$32 HOURLY Tremendous growth opportunity Excellent clinical support from our experienced Clinical Directors (BCBAs) Healthy work-life balance and positive working experience Paid Time Off (PTO) for everyone, including RBTs/BT Open communication among team members Feel part of something, team pride Fun employee perks!
