Customer Support Engineer – 10Our client, a Private Equity company, is looking for a Customer Support Engineer – 10 for their Troy, MI/Sterling Heights, MI location.Responsibilities:Perform a good first level analysis of non-conformances.Verify all suspect product and maintain product test equipment.Be the communication link between Customer Plant and Client.Provide technical support and system understanding.Conduct/coordinate initial 24 hour containment.Requirements:The successful candidate will serve as the link between the plant and the manufacturing facility.The candidate will also be required to re-verify parts within the computer system.Candidate should be computer literate and familiar with Excel, Word, and email.This person should be highly organized and have superior communication skills as he/she will interface with customers.CSE will reside at customer facility.Expedite non-confirming material back to Client same day. Input data into Incident Reporting System (IRS).Where required, coordinate additional containment.Be an integral part of the response teams.Write a weekly trip report.Monitor/negotiate Global Customer Base Return Parts Per Million (PPM) rates.Provide/coordinate special event activity.Develop customer relationships in the plant to improve the product and maintain or increase the business.6-10 years of related work experience.Training in computer applications.College degree with a major in Engineering.10+ years of related work experience.Why Should You Apply?Health BenefitsReferral ProgramExcellent growth and advancement opportunities ICONMA
