Job Description
Title: CT / X-Ray Tech

Schedule:
- Shift: Monday-Thursday nights, 19:30-08:00 (30 min lunch ~23:30)

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: Not specified
- Guaranteed Hours: 48 hours approved

Requirements:
- Licensure: Valid WA or Compact license required
- Experience: Imaging experience performing both CT and general X-ray
- Certifications: Confirm any required certifications (BLS/ACLS/ARRT) with the account manager

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform CT and general X-ray procedures.
- Work independently as the sole CT/X-Ray tech on shift after midnight.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and follow safety protocols.

Compliance / Notes:
- Compliance document deadline: Monday prior to start
- Required at submittal: last 4 of SSN; RTO must be listed at time of submittal
- Must request all RTO/scheduling requests upfront; post-submission RTO may not be approved
- References: 2 references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
- Candidate must state if they have worked at a partner facility before (include location and dates)
- Scrub color: Any color allowed
- Parking: No fee
