The world can't wait.You Have:4+ years of experience analyzing energy infrastructure, including electrical distribution systemsExperience conducting on-site stakeholder engagements to gather technical energy requirements, and translating complex engineering concepts into clear, actionable information for non-technical clientsKnowledge of power systems design, including power generation assets, microgrids, and battery energy storage systemsAbility to leverage electrical modeling software such as EasyPower, ETAP, or SKM, to generate data and content for technical reportsAbility to travel up to 25% of the time to CONUS and OCONUS locationsAbility to obtain a Secret clearanceBachelor's degree in Electrical EngineeringNice If You Have:2+ years of experience leading site visits or interviews at government-owned sitesExperience designing, building, installing, or maintaining electrical equipmentExperience working with the Department of War in government or contractor roles and supporting GS-14 or GS-15 level clientsSecret clearanceMaster's degree in Electrical EngineeringEngineer in Training (EIT) Certification or PE LicenseCompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.Work ModelRemote: If this position is listed as remote, there may still be occasions when you are required to work in person at a Booz Allen or customer facility.Hybrid: If this position is listed as hybrid, you will be expected to work from a Booz Allen facility frequently, in alignment with leadership expectations and the needs of the role.
