Job Overview Pigtails & Crewcuts is currently hiring a stylist for our store in the Norterra area located at 1730 W Happy Valley Road, Phoenix, AZ 85085. The salon is a high‑end, high‑volume children’s salon that also serves parents. We seek energetic and fun stylists who can deliver the Pigtails & Crewcuts experience. Qualifications Current Cosmetology/Barber license Experience working with kids and families in a fast‑paced environment Patience and comfort dealing with young customers Passion for delivering outstanding customer service Professional, warm, caring, honest, friendly and positive attitude Responsibilities Provide high‑quality haircuts and styling services to children and parents, uphold salon standards, maintain a clean and safe environment, and contribute to a positive team‑oriented atmosphere. Compensation Competitive guaranteed base wage of $16–$40 per hour (includes tips). Sign‑on and loyalty bonuses available. Schedule Day shift (9:00 am – 6:00 pm, Monday – Saturday; 10:00 am – 5:00 pm Sunday) Afternoon shift, rotating shift, rotating weekends, weekends as needed Weekend Warrior opening and closing shifts available Benefits Employee discounts Flexible schedule Free parking License reimbursement Paid sick time and paid time off Store discount Tools provided Experience Hair Styling: 2 years required.
