We are in search of a Registrar Coordinator for our client in NY. The ideal candidate must be organized, service-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced setting. In this role, you would support students/faculty/staff with enrollment/records/audits/compliance. Previous experience in higher education is preferred.
This is an in-office, 5-day a week position.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily Registrar operations
- Process enrollment, graduation, and degree verification requests
- Manage course sections, restrictions, and registration processes
- Support with registration, course requests, enrollment verification, and record updates
- Maintain student records, immunization documentation, and enrollment reporting
- Conduct preliminary degree audits and process transfer credits
- Assist faculty and advisors with scheduling, grading, and academic record inquiries
- Support commencement planning and registrar-related compliance activities
- Maintain compliance and university policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Higher education or academic administration experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Banner experience preferred
- Strong organizational, customer service, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
