• Schedule: 3-5 variable 12-hour night shifts per week (flexible scheduling)
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks, with potential extension
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $4,050 - $4,720
• Setting: Main Surgery Department (7 ORs), Adjacent Surgi-Center (4 ORs), 2 GI treatment rooms, Bronchoscopy room, Cath lab
• Case Mix / Procedures: ENT, general surgery, GI endoscopy, GYN, podiatry, OB, orthopedics, healthy pediatrics, robotic cases, urology, vascular (no CT or Neuro)

Job Requirements (CRNA Qualifications)

• Active Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) credential; Washington state licensure or eligibility required
• Minimum 1 year of recent clinical CRNA experience
• Board certified or board eligible
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications (AHA)
• Experience with adult and pediatric anesthesia cases
• Proficiency with spinal, epidural, and regional anesthesia techniques
• Comfort managing trauma and obstetrical cases
• Strong airway management, hemodynamic monitoring, and acute resuscitation skills
• Familiarity with EHR documentation and perioperative workflow preferred

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care across a broad range of procedures (general, ortho, OB, pediatrics, ENT, GYN, urology, vascular)
• Perform pre-op patient evaluations, develop anesthesia plans, and conduct post-anesthesia follow-up
• Manage airway, hemodynamics, and acute volume/BP issues during perioperative period
• Administer spinal, epidural, and extremity blocks for operative and postoperative pain control
• Support care in multiple procedural areas including ORs, GI suites, bronchoscopy, and cath lab as needed
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team model under medical supervision to optimize patient outcomes
• Adhere to patient safety protocols, infection control, and quality improvement initiatives
