Through State Farm, we offer over 100 insurance and financial products to residents of Ohio. As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Chad Kingery - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Compensation includes a base hourly rate and monthly commissions with the opportunity for an annual travel bonus. Grow your career as you better your community. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Assist in office targets and grow the client base Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Ensure that all client interactions are conducted in a professional and respectful manner Requirements Property and Casualty Insurance License (Life and Health experience is a bonus) Willing to help pay and obtain license to the best candidate if not already licensed Proven experience in insurance or a related field Experience in sales preferred. Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take advantage of technology.
