Direct Support Professional - Growth Path to RBT, $20/hr

Minimum Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. Must have a verifiable High School Diploma/G.E.D. A valid driver's license is required. Must have at least 6 months of experience providing direct care to individuals with developmental disabilities, with a focus on behavioral services. Certification Requirements DSP 1 and DSP 2 Certification - Required within 12 months of hire. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification - Required within 12 months of hire. Preferred Qualifications Dual diagnosis experience is a PLUS. Description Our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) interact and support individuals with developmental disabilities in a variety of settings, including community, family, and individual homes as well as adult training facilities. The DSP assists with direct care and the implementation of behavior plans, helping to enhance the health, safety, dignity and contentment of each consumer through personal care, communication, and social skill development. Compensation Earn $20.00/hour. Note: We provide professional development training, support and resources to help you obtain your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
