Knights of Columbus will help with education for the licensing. A working, reliable vehicle with required insurance coverage for driving to and from meetings. We review all of these reports and documents to ensure that we are complying with the law regarding who may be a licensed insurance agent, and, if applicable, who may hold a Series 65 license, as well as to ensure our business is conducted properly. The Following Are Examples Of Some Issues Which May Preclude You From Being Issued An Insurance License, Series 65 License, And/or From Having An Agent Agreement With The Knights Of Columbus Insurance License issues - suspension, denial, or revocation Securities Registration issues - suspension, denial, or revocation Bankruptcy Judgments, garnishments or liens – especially if unsatisfied Charges filed against you by any insurance department or other regulatory agency Civil litigation against you Criminal convictions involving dishonesty or a breach of trust (other than juvenile adjudications) or pending criminal charges Driving under the influence and license suspensions
