Arcade Assistant Manager (Assistant Coach)

As an Assistant Manager , you will be right in the action. Coaching our arcade team, keeping things running smoother than a skee-ball roll, and making sure every guest walks away saying, "That place was AWESOME."


What You Will Do:

• Lead and inspire our team to bring energy, smiles, and top-tier service
• Keep the arcade and retail areas stocked, safe, clean, and running like a boss
• Maximize sales while keeping the FUN alive
• Tackle guest concerns with style and professionalism
• Troubleshoot game malfunctions and keep the tech humming
• Make sure our redemption wall is poppin' and prize-tastic
• Help create a place where team members grow, thrive, and love their jobs

What You Bring to the Table:

• 1-3 years of leadership experience (arcade, retail, or entertainment preferred)
• A passion for coaching and people development
• A love for fast-paced, high-volume environments (because we don't do "boring")
• Stellar communication skills and a big ol' heart for hospitality
• Weekend warriors welcome, we need you when the party's hoppin'
• Know your way around a Point of Sale system
• Microsoft Office ninja (or at least friends with Word & Excel)
• Have experience fixing games, lanes, or broken card readers
