Job Summary We are a wholesale seafood and fish company seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will generate leads, attract new clients, and close deals. Your responsibilities will include creating and submitting sales reports, building rapport with new customers within your territory, evaluating their needs, and negotiating successful deals. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, and a strong desire to close deals. This is a commission paid salary.

Responsibilities
Develop rapport and build relationships with potential new customers

Travel to appointments and meetings with potential customers within your territory

Meet or exceed designated sales targets

Create and implement an effective sales strategy

Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) program

Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales

Qualifications
High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred

Previous experience in outside sales

Excellent negotiation and customer service skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

A positive attitude and ability to be persistent

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $100,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year

Our team of cutters has many years of experience, hand-cutting each product daily to meet the specs of every order. Our sales force is made up of former chefs who understand the ins and outs of the business and anticipate the needs of our customers. Our chief buyer has 40+ years of experience - first in Italy and now the United States - picking out the freshest and nicest fish to serve customers. Our drivers run from the early morning hours late into the evenings, 7 days a week, to make sure orders are delivered on time and when needed.
