Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Full Time, rotating schedule 12 - Hour Shift (7-7) Hiring Immediately! ASK ABOUT OUR SIGN ON BONUS! Tired of the same old nursing home routine? We are taking a very fresh approach to skilled nursing. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Description:- Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include;
- Medication Administration, including IVs.
- Taking and recording vital signs.
- Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
- Provide resident and family education.
- Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
- Supervising CNAs
- Current Tennessee License-LPN
