What’s a typical day as a Quality Control Laboratory Associate? You’ll be:
  • Ordering laboratory supplies and maintaining inventory for the laboratory
  • Serving as a liaison between laboratory staff and external vendors
  • Collecting, analyzing, and maintaining laboratory trending data and reports
  • Performing routine laboratory maintenance, testing finished products, raw materials, and drug product components
  • Conducting Water for Injection (WFI) testing and calibrating laboratory instrumentation
  • Assisting with special projects and process improvement initiatives
  • Promoting a safe, harmonious, and compliant work environment
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and adherence to SOPs, GMPs, and company policies
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline or related field from a regionally accredited institution (required)
  • Bring 1–3 years of experience in a quality laboratory environment within pharmaceutical or medical device settings (preferred)
  • Are proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Possess knowledge of laboratory operations, quality systems, and regulatory requirements
  • Demonstrate strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Exhibit excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to accuracy
  • Can manage multiple projects, adapt to changing schedules, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain a positive, professional attitude and collaborate well with coworkers
