Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, identifying areas of concern related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including individual therapy sessions that utilize evidence-based techniques and best practices.
• Foster therapeutic relationships based on trust, empathy, and respect, ensuring clients feel safe to share their experiences and challenges.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, treatment strategies, and outcomes to ensure continuity of care.
• Engage in ongoing professional training to enhance clinical skills and stay informed about innovative therapeutic approaches.
• Offer teletherapy services to clients who may face barriers to attending in-person sessions, including mobility challenges or geographic limitations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Active and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
