Team Member Benefits:

• Part-time team member positions with consistent schedules
• Average pay rate of $14.00 upon completion of training
• Company paid Lifeguard and CPR certifications (completed on-site)

Team Member Requirements:

• Previous swimming experience not required
• Positive attitude and enjoys having fun
• Must complete a background check upon offer
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and be on your feet for long periods
• Ability to work in the water for at least 15 hours per week
• Must be willing to work at least one weekend day
