As we continue expanding our footprint, we are seeking a strong financial leader to join our executive team. Position Overview We are looking for a hands‑on Controller who will oversee all accounting operations and provide financial leadership to support company growth. This role works directly with ownership and executive management and plays a critical role in financial planning, reporting, and strategic decision‑making. Key Responsibilities Oversee accounting operations (AP, AR, payroll, general ledger) Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow Develop and maintain internal controls Conduct cost analysis for trucking and warehousing operations Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations Coordinate with external CPA and banking partners Provide financial insights to leadership for growth planning Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred) 5+ years of accounting or financial management experience Experience in transportation, logistics, or related industry preferred Strong analytical and organizational skills Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft 365 Leadership mindset with attention to detail Please send your resume and introduction to: #J-18808-Ljbffr D-Trans
