Excellent communication and teamwork skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities City : Charlotte State : NC Job Description: Position Overview We’re hiring an Installation Apprentice to join our field team and learn the ins and outs of installing high-quality fire-rated and space management products. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone looking to develop a career in the construction and installation industry. For those who show strong leadership, communication, organization, and time management skills, there is a clear path to promotion to Lead Installation Technician - often within the first to 8-12 months. Key Responsibilities Assist in the installation of fire-rated doors, frames, operable walls, partitions, and other space management systems. Learn to read blueprints, installation manuals, and construction drawings. Support the Lead Installer in day-to-day tasks, material handling, and job site organization. Ensure all work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Travel to various job sites as required (local and regional travel may be involved).
