Account Recievable Clerk - Contract - Remote

Remote Billing Clerk – AR Aging Clean-Up Project (3 Openings)
Location: Remote - Must be on East Coast 
Project Type: Contract | Duration: 3 Months 

No Third Parties - Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder

Overview:
Our client is seeking three highly detail-oriented Remote Billing Clerks to assist with a critical Accounts Receivable (AR) aging clean-up project. The scope involves reviewing and resolving over 9,000 lines of customer order data, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze customer order data for errors and inconsistencies

  • Identify and eliminate duplicate records

  • Validate balances and confirm settlements

  • Determine eligibility for write-offs

  • Process outstanding customer credits in accordance with escheatment regulations

  • Update records and maintain audit-ready documentation

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven Accounts Receivable (AR) experience

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 – Finance & Operations oe similar tool 

  • Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment

  • Familiarity with financial compliance and reporting standards

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous work with large-scale data reconciliation projects

  • Knowledge of state-specific escheatment laws and reporting procedures
